Custom Stainless Steel
Laser Cutting.

INDMCH manufactures custom metal parts to your drawing: laser-cut plates, ultra-thin shims, bent brackets and tube components. Prototype and batch requirements can be reviewed with supporting CNC operations.

What we make.

Custom laser cutting uses a laser to cut a specified contour in sheet or tube material. We make plates, shims, brackets and tube components to your drawing, adding bending or CNC operations where the finished part requires them.

Which manufacturing route fits your part?

Flat profiles start with sheet laser cutting; formed components add bending; tube features need a tube cutting route. Threads, locating surfaces and fitted features may require CNC operations. Send the finished-part requirements so we can review the combination of processes.

Why do the material
and part form matter?

The material grade and product form help define the manufacturing review. Specify the service environment, sheet or tube dimensions and finished condition, then identify the features that control fit.

These references explain general engineering concepts. They do not identify our equipment brands, material suppliers or certifications.

Technical references for buyers

Tube laser cutting addresses hollow sections and profiles. TRUMPF's tube cutting overview explains this application and its use in component design.

Grade selection also matters: Outokumpu describes 316 / 316L as molybdenum-alloyed stainless steels used where corrosion resistance requirements are higher. Outokumpu's Supra grade reference provides the material context.

“Grade Supra 316L/4404 has low carbon content for improved resistance against intergranular corrosion after welding.”

What custom metal parts can you manufacture?

We manufacture made-to-drawing plates, panels, shims, brackets and tube components through laser cutting, with bending and supporting CNC machining as required. Ultra-thin sheet cutting and combined-process parts can be discussed for your specification.

What do I need to send for a quotation?

Send a drawing or written requirements, material grade, sheet or tube wall thickness, quantity, finish and critical dimensions. Include the destination and requested date if known. You can submit an inquiry without a drawing or customer account; unclear details are clarified before quotation.

Which drawing files do you accept?

You can upload JPG, PNG, PDF or DXF. Dimensioned images and PDFs help explain the part; a DXF supports flat cutting contours. State units and drawing revision so the geometry can be reviewed correctly.

Is the online 3D preview required before an inquiry?

No. You can request a quotation directly or choose the optional AI drawing review and 3D preview. The preview supports eligible confirmed geometry, including flat profiles and simple straight cylinders or tubes. Complex bends, assemblies and unclear dimensions require technical review. The approved engineering drawing controls manufacturing.

Can you quote prototypes, batches and different metals?

Include the prototype or batch quantity and any expected repeat orders. Stainless steel, carbon steel, galvanized steel, aluminium, copper and brass can be discussed. Material availability, process suitability, achievable features and delivery date are confirmed for the actual drawing rather than a standard catalog size.
